We want to thank Olivia and I'll Make Your Magic, from the bottom our hearts, for making our family Disney Trip for Nana’s 70th birthday the most amazing and memorable experience ever. We consider ourselves pretty smart and tech savvy, but we had no idea what we were getting into with the complexity of booking a Disney trip! Olivia went above and beyond from start to finish. She explained the intricacies of Fastpasses, introduce us to terms like “rope drop”, and told us all about the best places to eat. With Olivia’s experience working at Disney, she had strategies for everything and booked us in specific parks on the best days and times to avoid the crowds. She walked us through the Disney app and account setup. She also provided us with relaxed schedules with recommended stops, including mapping everything out so the kids didn’t get tired walking from one side of the parks to the other. We hit EVERY single ride we wanted to and that NEVER would have happened without Olivia’s planning. Even while we were there and experience technical issues with our Fastpasses, Olivia took the time to call up customer service to take care of everything so we didn’t miss out on any fun. Oliva was also a great help for all the other parks and sites in Orlando. Thank you so much Olivia! We couldn’t have asked for a better trip!
